Even while traveling the back roads of the Mississippi Delta with his namesake band, Josh Shoe knew what he really wanted to play was the traditional and contemporary American folk and country music he grew up listening to - songs by musicians such as John Fogerty, David Grisman, Jerry Garcia and Paul Simon. Now Josh has returned to Memphis to re-launch a promising career in the field of Americana music. With an acoustic guitar and his own strong vocals, Josh is playing old favorites while honing his skills as a songwriter and gradually amassing his own library of heartfelt songs.
