Kick off spring with the 19th Annual City Auto Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival
on the banks of the Mighty Mississippi. One of Memphis' most popular
events returns Sunday, April 17, 2011 with something for everyone. In
addition to over 14,000 pounds of crawfish, the event hosts a variety
of vendors selling food, drinks, art and more!
Rajun Cajun is bigger and better than ever, featuring live Cajun and Zydeco music from Lafayette's Bayou Boys on the Comcast Main Stage. Webb Dalton will return to the Roadhouse
South Stage along with the zany Cajun contests - crawfish races,
crawfish bobbing, crawfish eating and the crawfish toss. Be sure to
stop by the Entercom tent and meet your favorite DJ's from FM100, Classic Hits 94.1 KQK, WMC 79 and 92.9FM ESPN.
