While he may not have his doctorate, Sean 'Bad Apple' is certainly a scholar of music nonetheless. Having studied under some of the Blues' finest teachers, such as Mississippi's own Jack Owens and R.L. Boyce, Apple has schooled himself in the art of a blues era gone by, while simultaneously working towards the future of the Blues. This master of music, along with The All Night Blues Band, will pay homage to the southern blues tradition at Center for Southern Folklore on Saturday May 5th at 8pm. We can't wait to see you there as you join us in celebrating the beautiful history of blues music, and a part of it's future! |
