Food Vendor Agreement

There are three ways to sign up as a food vendor at the September 2-3, 2017, Memphis Music and Heritage Festival.

1) Download the PDF file below, fill it out, and email it to info@southernfolklore.com.  Type your name on the signature line.

 

2) Download the PDF file, print it, fill it out, and mail it to the Center for Southern Folklore, 119 S. Main St., Memphis, TN 38103.

 

3) Just phone us at (901) 525-3655 and ask for Mark and we'll sign you up.
